Return & Refund Policy

At Pam’s Rooted In Green, I want customers to be happy with their purchases. Because the shop includes live plants, print-on-demand merchandise, growing media, and digital products, return and refund policies vary by product type.

Live Plants

Live plants are not returnable.

If a plant arrives with significant damage, please contact Pam’s Rooted In Green promptly and provide clear photos or video showing the condition of the plant, packaging, and shipping damage.

When the damage is verified, a partial refund may be issued depending on the extent of the damage. Minor cosmetic damage, normal shipping stress, or natural variations in live plants do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Print-on-Demand Apparel & Merchandise

Print-on-demand products are produced specifically for each order and generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of size, color, or change of mind.

If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact Pam’s Rooted In Green with clear photographs showing the problem. Eligible claims will be handled according to the fulfillment provider’s replacement or refund policy.

Digital Books & Downloads

Digital products are non-refundable.

Customers have 30 days from purchase to download their digital files. Please download and save your files during this period.

Refunds will not be issued because a customer did not download the file within the 30-day download period.

If you experience a technical problem with a file, receive a defective file, or are accidentally charged for a duplicate purchase, please contact Pam’s Rooted In Green so the issue can be reviewed.

Growing Mixes and Other Openable Products

Growing mixes and similar products are not returnable once shipped because Pam’s Rooted In Green cannot verify how a returned product has been stored, opened, handled, or exposed after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged or there is a problem with the order, please provide photos or video so the situation can be reviewed.
