For safety and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns of these products once delivered. We cannot verify how materials have been stored, handled, or exposed to moisture, pests, or contaminants after leaving our possession.

This policy applies to all Pam's Rooted In Green growing media, including PRG Mineral Mix, Chunky Aroid Mix, Cactus Mix, and Super Chunky Monstera Mix.
